Unimundo con Camila
Monday to Friday's at 9 p.m. on Canada's only Spanish language television channel. UNImundo con Camila serves as a connection for the Latin-Canadian community to brand new programming, exclusive events, latest news and award show coverage.
Television, Radio, YouTube
Personalities include athletes, politicians at the municipal, provincial and national level and musicians such as Nicky Jam, Romeo Santos, J Balvin, Karol G and even an interview with Bad Bunny that currently has over 3 million views on YouTube.
Hong Kong 360 (May/June 2018)
Multimedia documentary "Hong Kong 360" creates a window into the identity crisis and uncertainty in Hong Kong using traditional news gathering, as well as 360 video and virtual reality. (Coming soon)
CanadaWorld TV - My Immigrant Story
TLN Media Group
As a part of the CRTC's call for a new national multilingual, multiethnic TV channel, TLN is planning to unveil Canada World TV, with primetime news coverage in 20 languages. This series of interviews with MPPs, MPs and community leaders shares their stories immigrants in Canadian society and the importance of celebrating diversity and individuality in our media outlets.

As a former competitive figure skater turned journalist, Camila got to share her passion for sports as the only female reporter during TLN's Winter Olympic coverage! Camila worked with special features on Italian and Latino participants, personal athlete profiles and community celebration segments.

Print ads for brands such as Canadian Tire, Toronto Tourism, Over the Rainbow, Jessie Rowe and more. Appeared in Fashion Magazine and Toronto Style and Design Guide. Walked for designers such as David Dixon, PreLoved during World MasterCard Fashion Week and worked with Mac Cosmetics, eTalk and Charlotte Tilbury Makeup.
Miss Universe Canada 2016 3rd Runner Up
First pageant at 18 and placed 3rd runner up at Miss Universe Canada 2016. Represented Canada at Miss All Nations in China, Reina Internacional del Cafe in Colombia and Reina Hispanoamericana in Bolivia placing up to Top 8 internationally. Presently training girls through confidence workshops, runway and media training to help them grow with the platform and the opportunities that pageants create.

Operation Smile provides cleft repair surgeries for children in developing countries. They also provide dental/orthodontic treatment, mental health resources and speech therapy to their patients. Since 2016, Camila has been an ambassador for the organization and has helped host fundraising events in Canada and Colombia. Most notably, she participated in the 2017 Bogota Half-Marathon and was a part of the #PorUnaSonrisa team that donated over 240 smiles.
SickKids All Star Gala
The fourth annual All-Star Gala (June 15th) is raising funds to support Dr. Mike Seed's ongoing research for pre-natal congenital heart disease. All funds raised by the All-Star Gala for this project will be matched in full by the Canadian Institute for Health Research (CIHR). As an ambassador, Camila is helping to raise awareness about the issue, promote the Gala, and seek support for SickKids current project to launch a newer, more resourceful and bigger hospital.
Meraki is an initiative put forward by a group of students who saw the impact that the fashion industry has on its workers and the environment. Meraki designs are made from sustainable sources by artisans and handpainted to create individuality and create fair labour. Camila is working with Meraki as a bridge to launch in the North American market and promote environmentally aware fashion and concious style, as well as celebrate traditional and local designers/tailors.

Canadian Breast Cancer Association | Operation Smile | SOS Children’s Villages
For the past few years, Camila has opted put of celebrating her birthday in a traditional way and instead hosts a charity event or online fundraiser to help out a charity of her choice. This year she will be donating the funds raised for SOS Children’s Villages in Nicaragua.
